As a professional truck driver, their promptness is horrible, I had an appointment. I got there 3 hours early and waited 7 hours after my appointment and I'm still wasn't loaded. Their business side of things maybe amazing, beware if your a truck driver that makes $ by the load. Prepare for 1 load that day. They don't even give you the common courtesy of calling you to come around and get loaded, after they take your number and say they'll call you. One person places blame on the day time crew, saying they didn't come in today that's why they're running late. This is not the way to conduct business. I was the 1st truck there and the last one to leave, keep in mind. There was only 2 trucks there.
